New York Attitude

Slowly, I'm realizing that I'm getting that New York attitude when walking the streets. Slow walking people annoy me. People that stop in the middle of the sidewalk annoy me. People smoking in front of me annoy me. Tourist annoy me. Crowds are starting to annoy me. When I first came to NY, all that stuff was fine. Having lived here for 7 months, I'm getting annoyed when all I want is to get from point A to point B.

It's funny because when I was thinking about this today while walking home, I was walking too close to the sidewalk after a raining day. Out of nowhere, a car zooms by and instantly, I knew it was game over. Got splashed. It was a test....that I failed. Chased after that car down and gave it a beating...haha jk. Well, I kinda still failed, cause the car stopped at the light and I flipped the driver off and called him a douche bag. That's all. I didn't fail all the way cause I could have kicked the car, or open my gatorade bottle and pour it all over the car, start a fight, etc. etc. There's still parts of me that isn't NY-ed out.

Conclusion: Need to vacation back to LA to regain my composure and patience.
