First full week of my 2nd year of teaching = DONE! I am exhausted...I realized that you really need to be conditioned in order to teach. I feel so out of shape; at the day's end, I am completely exhausted and driving home is so hard! Lately, I've been fighting sleep behind the wheel (it's so bad), but this should better when I am "back in shape" for teaching. 6 periods of middle school students...yea it's tough.
Just found a new interest in life. DJ-ing! I just got a DJ-ing software called Virtual DJ and within the first 5 minutes of playing with it; I'm hooked! Music is fascinating so I'll see where I go with this. Probably another fun hobby.
I'm also picking up animation. Having worked at Dreamworks and an interest in animation, it is time to start creating short clips for my students to watch. That is if I have time...
Last thought, yesterday I got a $15 dollar massage at SG and I realized that whenever someone asks me what is there to do in SG, I will now say, cheap massages. It was awesome!
