What have I done?
- I took a presenting with confidence training at work and one of the activities was to talk about something I was passionate about. It was basically on the fly, very impromptu. So I got up and talked about education and the achievement gap, linking back to the summit. My take home message was basically for the 9 individuals to go back to their desk and learn about the problem. Then, I challenged them to leverage the company's resources and do something about it.
